Dissa Food Processing Private Limited is a small outfit we run out of Chitalpurbalimi. We are based at the address care of Sandeep Kumar Panigrahi. It’s a very simple setup without any of the big machinery you’d see in a major factory. We spend our days processing different food items, mostly by hand. It involves a lot of sorting, cleaning, and packing. It is quiet out here, which is a nice change from the city noise. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We wake up early, get the workspace ready, and start on whatever batch needs to be done that day. Sometimes we are processing grains, and other times it is something else entirely depending on what is available. We don't have a marketing team or fancy offices. Our workspace is practical and keeps the sun off our heads while we work. It’s not an easy job because your back starts to ache after a few hours of bending over the sorting tables. But we take pride in doing the work properly and making sure nothing goes to waste. We handle all the deliveries and pickups ourselves too. It’s just a small, local operation where we do things the old-fashioned way. We don't make big promises; we just show up and do the work that needs doing until the sun goes down and it's finally time to go home.
