Di.Ar.De Studios

We are based out of Masab Tank at Di.Ar.De Studios. You can find us at 401, Manisha Towers. It’s in Shyam Nagar Colony, which is a pretty central area. Being near the Golkonda Hotel is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the side streets here. We are up on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the city, though it’s mostly just rooftops and traffic. The studio is where we do all our creative work. It’s a mix of drawing, planning, and sitting at computers for too many hours. We have some samples of materials lying around and sketches pinned to the walls. It’s not a showroom, it’s a workspace. Sometimes it’s a bit of a clutter, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. We get a lot of light in the afternoons, which is nice. Masab Tank is always humming with cars and bikes, but up here it feels a bit separate from all that noise. We’ve been in this building for some time now and we’re used to the way the elevator sometimes takes forever. It’s just a small group of us trying to make good designs and keep things moving without making everything more complicated than it needs to be. We just like what we do.
