Over at Nagaratna Residency in Madhavi Nagar is where Dharani Avenues Private Limited is based. You can find us at Flat No 205. We’ve been working out of this apartment for a while now. It’s a quiet enough area, which helps when we’re trying to look over site plans or talk to clients. Mostly, we deal with land and avenues. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is in order before any work starts. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a normal office where we keep our maps and records. Some days are slow, just waiting on phone calls, while others are a bit of a mess with people coming in and out. We got into this business because there was a lot of development happening around here. It seemed like a good idea at the time. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our projects properly. Usually, we are out at the sites during the mornings and back here in the afternoon to finish up the administrative stuff. It’s pretty standard work, nothing too flashy. We know the local area well since we’ve been here so long. If someone needs to know about a specific plot, we usually have an idea about it. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the work gets done.
