DHAMRUK CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our place is over in the Utopia Lodha apartments, specifically unit E 602. It’s part of the CASA Paradiso complex. Working out of an apartment building is a bit different than having a shopfront on the street, but it’s quiet and gives us space to think. We focus on construction projects. Most of the time, the living room is our main office space and the dining table is covered in site photos and bills. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us trying to keep everything organized. We spend our days driving between different sites and then coming back here to update the logs. It’s a lot of driving around Hyderabad, which isn't always fun with the roadworks and the heat. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We try to be practical about how we do things. Construction is messy and people are always changing their minds about what they want, so we have to be flexible. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to get the buildings finished right so we can move on to the next task. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well enough. We’re just regular folks doing our bit in the building trade, making sure the foundations are solid and the walls are straight.
