Devoptrics Tech Solutions Private Limited is based out of Plot No.40/A in Jayabheri Enclave. That is in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Most people know this area because it’s full of tech companies. We are just one of the smaller ones tucked away in the enclave. It’s a good spot to be in because everything is close by. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just us working on various software and tech solutions. We spend a lot of time on calls or writing code. It gets pretty quiet when everyone is concentrating. Then someone will tell a joke and we all take a breather. We don't go in for corporate slogans or posters about being the best. We just focus on solving the problems we have in front of us. The traffic in Gachibowli can be a nightmare in the evenings. We often hang back at the office until it clears up a bit. It gives us extra time to tidy up or finish small tasks. The building is solid and keeps the heat out pretty well. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It's where we end up talking about things other than work. We’ve been at this for a while and we like the rhythm of it. It’s just a group of people doing a job they know how to do. We don't need a lot of praise.
