Desika Real Estate Development Llp is based out of Yousf Guda. Our place is at H.No. 8/3 228/926/A, right on Rahmath Nagar Video Lane. It’s near Shanti School, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Real estate development isn't always as glamorous as people think. It involves a lot of sitting around waiting for permits and talking to different people about plots of land. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and we’ve seen it change quite a bit. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our records and meet people who are interested in what we’re doing. We don't have any fancy signs or big marketing budgets. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with property can be complicated, so we just focus on the facts and the figures. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together. We know the streets around Yousf Guda like the back of our hand. It’s a busy part of town but we like the energy. Some days we’re out looking at sites and other days we’re stuck inside doing paperwork. It’s just the way it goes. We don't try to be something we’re not.
