Design&Maintainance Service Engineer

My place of work is in Telephonecolony, which is in the Kothapet area of Dilsuknagar, Hyderabad. I go by the name Design&Maintainance Service Engineer. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but it covers the two things I spend my time on. I’m usually busy either designing a new part or fixing something that has stopped working. Maintenance is a huge part of what I do every day. Things in this world tend to break, and I’m the one who gets called to get them back in order. Kothapet is a very active part of town. There are always people moving around and things happening. I’ve been in Hyderabad for a long time, so I feel right at home here. My office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room where I keep all my tools, my manuals, and my computer. I don't follow a corporate 9-to-5 schedule. If a client has an emergency late at night, I’m usually the one who has to deal with it. People around Dilsuknagar know me mostly by word of mouth. I don't pay for advertisements or have a fancy website. I just answer my phone and head out to where the work is. It’s a simple, practical way to make a living. Sometimes getting the right parts takes a few days, which can be frustrating, but I just try to be upfront about it with everyone. It’s just me doing my job.
