Design Engineer

Design Engineer operates out of Samathapuri Colony in New Nagole, specifically at Flat No: 46B. This is where K. Swathi and the rest of the team handle the day-to-day design work. It is a residential flat that we have converted into a workspace. It makes for a very different atmosphere than a skyscraper office. It feels more personal here. We have our setups in the main rooms and use the space to go over blueprints and technical specs. Being in New Nagole means we are a bit away from the main city chaos, which helps with focusing on the finer points of engineering. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just take the work that people bring to us. Usually, it’s just the sound of clicking mice and some quiet talk about a specific measurement. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very laid-back environment, but we take the work seriously. If you are looking for a high-end corporate office, this isn't it. We are just a group of people doing engineering work in a flat. It works for us and our clients don't seem to mind coming over. We keep things honest and just try to get the drawings finished on time. There's no point in pretending to be something we aren't. We just do the work from our little spot in the colony.
