Our office for Deshaw India Software Pvt. Ltd. is at Plot No. 2 in Banajara Sills. We are near the Ap Lecks area, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. It is a software place, so there are a lot of desks with multiple monitors and people wearing headphones. The atmosphere is quiet but you can tell everyone is busy thinking. We don't have a lot of decorations, just the basic office stuff like chairs, tables, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. The traffic in Banajara Sills can be a nightmare in the evenings, so many of us stay late just to avoid the rush. We work on various software projects and spend a lot of time typing and checking lines of code. It’s not the most physical job, but it can be mentally draining. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for too long, and we just want to get back to our screens. We have a mix of younger people and some who have been in the industry for a while. The building is decent, though we sometimes have issues with the internet or the cooling system. It’s a place where work gets done without a lot of talking. We are just a regular software office trying to get our projects finished on time. It’s a bit of a bubble away from the busy street outside.
