Desein Pvt Ltd is based down in Hyderabad, specifically at 303 Subhodaya Residency in Shalivahana Nagar. Dilsukh Nagar is a really busy area, always full of students and people commuting. Our office is inside a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more quiet and private than being right on the main road. It is a functional space. We have a few rooms where we do our planning and paperwork. It is not like those big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It is just a regular place where we come to work every morning. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the projects we have. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we always figure it out in the end. We do not have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you are talking to someone about a big technical problem. We like it that way because it keeps things interesting. The heat in Hyderabad can be tough in the summers, but we have got a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We are not into making big promises or using corporate buzzwords. We just show up at Shalivahana Nagar, do our hours, and try to make sure everything is handled properly for the people who rely on us.
