Our office is located in Kalyan Nagar, Hyderabad, inside the Spandana Residency building. Specifically, we work out of Flat 101. It is a bit unusual for an engineering department to be based in a residential flat, but it works well for B. Srinivasulu Reddy and the rest of our team. This is where we handle the planning and administrative side of the PR Engineering Department. Our space is usually crowded with large maps of the local area, project folders, and piles of technical documents. We spend our time reviewing plans for local infrastructure and making sure that the public works projects are moving forward. Hyderabad is a city that never stops growing, and being in Kalyan Nagar keeps us close to many of the areas we are working on. We do not have a big staff or any corporate polish. We are just public servants trying to do our jobs as engineers. We do not use any fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just focus on the practicalities of roads, pipes, and buildings. It is a busy life with a lot of paperwork, but we find it rewarding to see the projects actually get built in the community.
