Deltra Constructions Llp

We've been over here at Chintal Kunta for a bit now. Deltra Constructions Llp is up on the second floor of the Elegance Apartment building. It’s flat 2A, right in Jangher Nagar. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get into the lane. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We spend most of our days here looking at plans and dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with construction work. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, though traffic around Chintal Kunta can get messy during peak hours. You see a lot of the same faces around the neighborhood. We’ve got our desks set up near the windows. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street below but you get used to it. It’s just us doing our thing at Plot 32. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The building itself is okay, stays mostly cool in the summer. We keep the files organized as best as we can. It’s a busy spot but we like being right in the middle of the residential area. It feels more connected to the people we are building for. It’s a lot of paper and phone calls, but we get it done.
