Our setup is located in Madhapur, specifically in the Ayappa Society area. We are at Plot No 56, which is C O K Balraj’s place. It’s right in the heart of one of the busiest parts of Hyderabad, but Ayappa Society has its own little character. The streets can be a bit narrow and confusing if you aren’t from around here. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our waking hours. We have a few tables pushed together and some computers that have seen better days. We don’t really care about the aesthetics of the place. As long as the electricity stays on and we have a place to sit, we are happy. We often order food from the nearby messes because the food there is cheap and tastes like home. There is always some construction going on nearby, so there is a constant hum of activity. We’ve grown fond of the chaos. It makes us feel like we are part of the city’s growth. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know how to get the job done. We don't use any fancy software for tracking our time; we just trust each other to do the work. It’s a basic, no-nonsense way to run things in a very busy part of town.
