We are located at House 1 111 3 1 H, specifically in Flat 102 on the first floor of Manikanta Niwas. This is in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Kondapur has become such a major hub lately, but Manikanta Niwas is a quiet enough building for us to focus. Being on the first floor is handy because we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time. We use this flat for all our Deloitte related tasks. It is not a massive space, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the rooms. The address is a bit long, so we usually just tell people it is near the main Kondapur landmarks. The 500043 area is quite convenient with all the supermarkets and cafes nearby. We spend most of our time at our computers, only heading out when we need to grab some lunch or head home for the day. The flat is well-lit and has a decent feel to it, which helps when we have long days. There is a lot of dust from the construction happening nearby, but that is just part of living in Hyderabad these days. We keep the windows shut and the fans on high. It is a very normal, everyday sort of workplace where we just get through the chores and keep the business moving forward.
