You can find us over at Plot No 236 on Lane 1 in Srinivas Nagar Colony. It’s in the Asrao Nagar area of Hyderabad, zip code 500 062. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday feel a little less stressful. We don’t have a big flashy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually just walk in and find us at our desks. We handle a lot of the back-end work that keeps things moving behind the scenes. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important, and we take pride in getting it done without making mistakes. We have a small table in the back where we eat lunch together most days. It’s a good time to catch up and talk about things other than work. We aren't big on formal titles or anything like that. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we have a big project, but we always manage to sort it out in the end. We don't promise anything impossible; we just do the work that’s assigned to us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s served us well so far. We like the quiet pace of this neighborhood and the regular people we see every morning.
