Out here in Dehradun, we’re located at 5 1 General Wing in Premnagar. It’s a beautiful part of Uttaranchal, and we feel lucky to be working in such a place. Our office is pretty basic, just a few rooms where we get our daily business done. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us working and the occasional tea break. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just sit down and solve whatever problem is in front of us. Most of us walk or take a short ride to get here, so we’re very much a local team. We have a lot of regular tasks that we handle every week, and we’ve got a system that works for us, even if it looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. We don’t have a big corporate manual. We just use common sense and try to be helpful. The winters here can get a bit chilly, so we usually have a heater going in the corner to keep things warm. It’s a cozy enough place to spend the day. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a group of people doing our jobs and making sure everything stays on track. It is a simple operation but we enjoy the work we do here.
