Our office is located at Plot No 112 in Sainathpuram, which is part of the Dr AS Rao Nagar area in Hyderabad. It is a nice part of town, mostly filled with houses and small shops. Our building is situated on a regular plot and it looks like many of the other structures on the street. We have a small gate out front and a tiny patch of ground where we park our scooters. Inside, the space is divided into a few working areas. It is nothing like those big corporate offices you see in movies with fancy lights. We have simple wooden desks and some old chairs that we have been using for years. The walls are painted a neutral color that has faded a bit over time. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less stiff. We know the people who work in the shops nearby, and we often say hello when we go out for a quick snack. The 112 plot is our base of operations. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who show up every morning, turn on the lights, and start on the day's to-do list. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, which helps us stay focused on the tasks. Sometimes a stray dog will sit near the gate and wait for someone to drop some food. It is a very normal place.
