We've been here at Channel Paradise for a while now. It's on the 4th floor, specifically Flat 402, right there in the Takka area of Panvel. The building isn't the newest, but it works for us and the neighbors are alright. People sometimes get confused finding Plot 426 because of the way the streets curve, but once you see the sign, you're fine. We handle our day-to-day work from this office in Navi Mumbai. It's a busy spot, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs if we're in a hurry. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local chai shops and where to get a decent lunch. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done without too much fuss. We try to keep things organized, though papers do pile up on the desks during the busy months. The 410 206 pin code covers a lot of ground, but we're tucked away in a quiet corner of the floor. If you're coming by, just look for the Takka landmark. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a few desks, some computers, and people working. It gets the job done for us. We've been in this part of Panvel long enough to feel like part of the furniture. Nothing fancy, just us and the work we do every day.
