You can find us at Plot Number 40 in Phase 1 of Saket, which is in the Kapra area near the Ecil Post. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of Hyderabad, but we like it out here. The office is on a regular plot of land with a small gate. It feels more like a house than a business office, which is fine by us. We handle support tasks from this location. There’s a small team of us who come in every day. We have a few computers and a printer that sometimes acts up, but we make it work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet except for the occasional car passing by. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy lights. Just a small sign by the gate. Inside, things are pretty casual. We have a tea kettle and a few snacks sitting around. We spend our time answering calls and fixing issues that come through our system. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important and we do it steadily. We’ve been in this Saket location for a while and have gotten to know the people around here. It’s a solid, practical place to operate from. We just focus on getting the work done without any unnecessary fuss or bother. The yard outside has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. It’s just a normal, down-to-earth spot where we do our daily business.
