We’re located in Miyapur, specifically in Block C of Balaji Enclave. Our office is Flat No 103. It's a pretty standard apartment setup that we turned into a workspace. Being on the first floor is nice because we don’t have to wait for the lift most of the time. The enclave is a busy place with lots of families living around us. You can hear kids playing or people talking in the corridors. We like it that way. It keeps things from feeling too stiff or formal. At Deloitte Consulting India, we aren't about big boardroom tables. We usually just huddle up where there's space. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and old mugs. Miyapur is a good area to be in, even if the traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour. We usually try to get in before the worst of it. The light in Flat 103 is okay during the day, which helps. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s very informal. We focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry too much about the decor. It's just a functional space where we put in our hours and then head home to our own families. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery for one of the neighbors in the enclave, but we don't mind the interruptions. It keeps us feeling connected to the world outside. We've got our own little routine here in Miyapur. It's not the most glamorous spot, but it's where we've set up shop and it serves its purpose for our daily operations.
