We are actually based at Ramjas College within Delhi University. It is a bit of a unique situation for Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd to be right here on campus. Being in the North Campus area means we are surrounded by students and the general energy of the university. It is not your typical corporate park at all. The atmosphere is very academic and a bit hectic, especially during exam season or when there are festivals going on. We have our designated space where we handle our consulting work. It feels a bit like being back in school ourselves sometimes. The buildings here have a lot of history, and you can feel that when you walk through the halls. We do not have a big fancy office setup. It is more of a functional room where we can sit with our laptops and get things done. Delhi University is a huge place, so it took us a while to get used to the layout. We usually eat at the college canteen or grab something from the stalls outside. It is a very different vibe than being in a high-rise in Gurgaon. We do not have a lobby or a receptionist. If you are looking for us, you just head into the college grounds. It is a simple, straightforward setup that keeps us connected to the student community while we go about our daily business in the city.
