It’s a solid building, and our office on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding streets. We have stacks of papers that need filing and a few whiteboards that are always covered in notes and diagrams. It’s a busy place, but we try to keep it friendly. We aren't really into the whole "corporate culture" thing in a big way; we’re just a bunch of people trying to do a good job with the consulting work we’ve been given. We drink a lot of tea and usually have some music playing softly in the background to keep the energy up. Sometimes the elevator in the enclave is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise anyway. We like being in Yellareddy Guda because there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of workspace. We don't have any slogans on the walls or fancy furniture. We just have our chairs, our desks, and our focus on getting the work finished by the end of the week. It’s just how we operate here in India.
