Our office is up on the fifth floor of Sai Pavan Plaza, located in Vijaypuri Colony over in the Kapra area. It’s Flat 504. Being up a few floors gives us a bit of a view of the Sainikpuri area, which is actually quite green and nice to look at when we need a break from our screens. We are a branch of Deloitte Consulting India, but this particular office feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. The building is shared with other small businesses and some residents, so it’s a mix of people in the hallway. We have a simple setup with our computers and a few tables. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, though parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together, talking about things other than work. The office doesn’t have any big logos on the wall; it’s just a place where we come to handle our consulting tasks and get through the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in a busy city. It’s a comfortable enough space without being too much. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry about having a perfect-looking office. It’s just where we happen to be for now.
