Our spot is Flat No 102 in Sri Sai Sadan. A good landmark is that we’re right behind Dewan Dhaba, off National Highway No 7 on Medchal Road. We’re technically in Jeedimetla Village, Hyderabad 500 010. Being near the highway means it can get a bit dusty and noisy, but it’s easy to find. The dhaba is always busy, so there’s always a good smell of food in the air around lunch time. We’re just in a regular flat, nothing special about the architecture. Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd is what we go by, but it’s just a simple office inside. We have a few computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s a practical place to get work done. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, so you have to look for Sri Sai Sadan. The village area has a different feel than the city. It’s a bit more relaxed, even with the highway traffic nearby. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the day’s work. Sometimes we go over to the dhaba if we’re feeling like having a heavy lunch. It’s an honest place to work. No frills, no corporate polish, just us doing what we need to do in Jeedimetla. We appreciate being so close to the highway because it makes it easy for us to get where we need to go after work is done. Sri Sai Sadan might not look like much from the road, but it's a solid place for us. We've made Flat 102 our own over the months. There's usually a few stray umbrellas near the door and some old boxes stacked up, making it feel like home.
