Deloitte Consulting Hyderabad Strategy Opreations

Our office is located at number 25 in the Gomati Society on the Pune Satara Road. Even though the name mentions Hyderabad, we are right here in Pune. It is a residential society, so it is much quieter than being right in the middle of the city center. We occupy a small space where we handle strategy and operations work. It is mostly just us sitting around with our laptops and talking about how to get things done better. The building is an older style, which gives it a bit of character, though the plumbing can be temperamental sometimes. We have a few desks and a whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles that only we understand. Pune Satara Road is always busy, so we hear the buses and trucks going by, but once you step inside the society gates, it calms down a bit. We do not have a big sign or any fancy decorations. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we just get on with it. Lunch is usually a quick affair at one of the local spots nearby. It is a very grounded way to work, without all the bells and whistles of a big corporate headquarters. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to make sure we do not miss any deadlines. It is a simple, honest setup for our team.
