We are located in Flat F3 inside the Essarde Arcade, which is right on Plot No 135 in Kakatiya Nagar. It’s a bit of a residential feel over here in Neredmett, Secunderabad. We’ve been operating out of this apartment-style setup for a bit. It’s not your typical big glass office building, which is fine by us because it’s a bit more relaxed. Being in an arcade means there’s always something happening downstairs, but up here in F3, we just focus on the computer work. Dell has a lot of branches, and this is just where we happen to be stationed. We do a lot of remote support and coordination from these desks. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s a small team, maybe just a handful of us at any given time. We keep our own hours mostly, as long as the work gets finished. The area 500056 is pretty convenient for most of us to get to. We have our files, our laptops, and a small kettle for tea. It’s a simple way to run things. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a practical space where we can just sit and get through the tickets and emails without too much distraction from the outside world.
