Dell International Services

We operate Dell International Services out of Flat No. 404 in the Apex Apartments. The building is located at 11-4-636/1 in the A.C.Guards area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is right in the thick of it. The flat is basically just a workspace where we handle technical issues and service requests. It’s not a fancy corporate building with a glass front. Instead, it’s a regular apartment that we’ve filled with computers, cables, and boxes of spare parts. The zip code is 500004, and there's always a lot of traffic on the streets outside. Inside, it’s usually just the sound of us typing or talking on the phone to customers. We’ve got desks pushed up against the walls to make more room, but it still feels a bit crowded sometimes. We aren't here to impress anyone with the office layout; we just focus on fixing the problems that come our way. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs quite often. We take our tea breaks when we can and usually just chat about the work we’re doing. It’s a very hands-on environment, and things can get a bit messy when we have a lot of machines open at once. It’s a regular technical job in a very busy part of Hyderabad, and we just try to keep up with the daily list of repairs.
