Dell International Services

Dell International Services is situated at Plot 51 on the First Floor in Kamlapuri Colony, which is part of the Srinagar Colony area in Hyderabad. The office is in a lively part of the city, and finding a parking spot can sometimes be a bit of a challenge if you arrive late in the morning. We are up one flight of stairs, where the team sits and works through the various service requests and technical tasks that come our way every day. Hyderabad is a busy place for this kind of work, and our little corner of Kamlapuri is no different. We have got rows of desks and plenty of cables running everywhere to keep the machines going. It is not the kind of place you see in brochures; it is a real working office with half-empty coffee mugs and stacks of notes pinned to the walls. The people working here come from all over the city, navigating the Hyderabad traffic to get in and start their shifts. We focus on the things that need fixing and the systems that need to stay running. It is practical work that requires a lot of concentration, so the atmosphere is usually pretty focused, though we do have our share of jokes during the lunch break. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly without making a big deal out of it or using any complicated words.
