We are located in Simhapuri Colony, which is a fairly quiet residential area in Visakhapatnam. Our address is Dno L I G 12, and we are under the Vepagunta Post office jurisdiction. Davis Langdon Sech operates out of this spot. It’s not a commercial skyscraper; it’s more of a neighborhood setting. You might see neighbors hanging out their laundry or kids playing nearby while we are inside working. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Vizag city center, but we like the calm here. The office is basically a few rooms converted for work. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum a bit too loud, and the desks are mostly covered in blueprints or paperwork. Sometimes the mailman stops by and we have a quick chat about the weather. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big sign out front, just the door number. Usually, someone is here by 9 AM, unless the traffic from the other side of town is bad. We drink a lot of coffee during the day. It’s a simple setup where we just focus on the tasks at hand. There aren’t any corporate slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where a few people come to put in their hours and then head home to their families in the evening. It’s been our base for a while now and we are quite comfortable here.
