Our office is located in Shamshabad, right near the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. It’s a bit out of the main city, near the old GMR site office, which makes for a different kind of workday compared to being downtown. You can often hear the planes taking off overhead, but we’ve gotten used to the noise by now. At Datawind Inovations Pvt. Ltd., we spend our time working on technology that’s meant to be used by regular people. We aren't some flashy startup in a glass building with a coffee bar. We’re more of a practical group of people trying to make gadgets and tools that actually serve a purpose. The area around here is still developing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we first set up shop. Sometimes the commute can be a bit long for the staff coming from the city, but we like the space we have out here. It’s a mix of lab work and office tasks, with people constantly testing out new ideas or checking on the hardware. We don’t use a lot of big words or corporate jargon to describe what we do. We just try to innovate where we can and keep the business running steady from day to day. It’s a quiet life compared to the city center, but we get more done that way. We're just a bunch of tech enthusiasts working near the runways, trying to put out good products.
