If you ever find yourself on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills, you might notice the 12th Square building. We are up on the 3rd floor at H.N. 8:2:686/B/6/A. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of all the traffic that flows through this part of Hyderabad. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We don't really have a receptionist to greet you with a scripted line; usually, it’s just one of us looking up from a computer or a stack of files. Working in this area means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit in the afternoon heat, but we make do. We’ve been focusing on these projects for a while now, and it’s mostly just a lot of coordination and phone calls. It isn't glamorous work, despite being in such a well-known neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on site progress. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a plot or a building plan. We try to be straightforward with folks because nobody has time for complicated talk. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a detail in a drawing or just trying to get the printer to work. That is just how the day goes here. It’s a practical space for practical people.
