We are based in Bachupally, over in the Sai Sadgruh Enclave. Our office is unit 102 on the first floor. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. Cybrosphere Solutions Llp is a small partnership we formed to handle technical services. We don't have a massive budget for fancy decorations or a lobby, so the office looks like a regular place where people actually work. You’ll see wires everywhere and maybe some stacked boxes in the corner. We are just a local group of guys who know our way around technology. We decided to set up here in Qutubullapur because it’s close to where some of us live. It’s much better than commuting for two hours every day. The work can be demanding, and we often find ourselves huddled around a single monitor trying to figure something out. We don’t have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they sit. As long as the work gets done, we are happy. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We handle everything ourselves, from the technical stuff to cleaning up the office at the end of the week. It’s just how it is when you’re starting small and keeping things honest. We enjoy the process, even the parts that are frustrating. It’s our own space and we do things our way without any corporate pressure.
