Surender Goud handles most things here at Cyberbest Technology. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of floors. It is more of a focused thing. We deal with tech stuff mostly. It started small and we just kept going. Some days are just troubleshooting and other days we are trying to figure out new systems that don't want to cooperate. It’s a lot of screen time. We don't really have a big office sign or anything flashy. You just get in touch with Surender and we see what needs fixing or building. Tech can be frustrating when it breaks, so we spend a lot of time just clicking through menus and checking wires. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. We try to talk like normal people, not like a manual. If something doesn't work, we say so. We’ve had some long nights when a server goes down or a piece of software acts up. That is just the job. We don’t have a fancy lounge or a coffee machine that does lattes. Just a regular kettle and some computers. Surender knows the ropes. We just keep at it, day after day, trying to stay on top of all the digital changes. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we manage to stay busy enough. If you need something tech-wise, we’re usually around to take a look at the problem and see what can be done.
