S R Nagar is always buzzing with energy, and our office is right in the middle of it. We do infrastructure work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at roads, drains, and building sites. It’s hard work and it isn’t very glamorous. We usually come back to the office with muddy boots and tired faces. The office itself is practical. We have shelves full of files and a few computers that we use for the paperwork. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we know a lot of the local shopkeepers. We don't have a team of people doing marketing. It’s just us doing the actual labor and making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes the monsoon rains make our work really difficult, but we just wait it out and get back to it as soon as we can. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We aren't trying to be some massive global company. We just want to do our jobs well and move on to the next one. It’s a regular local business run by regular people. We keep a pot of tea ready for anyone who drops by to talk about a project.
