We are Cullinan Technologies Llp. Our office is in Manikonda, specifically at Flat No 301 in the Lavender Block of Sandy Springs. This is in the Hyderabad-Rangareddi area, postcode 500089. It’s a nice enough spot, though the Lavender Block can be a bit of a walk from the main entrance of Sandy Springs. We’ve set up our workspace here with just the basics. There are desks for each of us and a small table where we keep the printer and the coffee machine. We spend a lot of time here, usually starting early and finishing late depending on what's on our plate. Manikonda is a growing area, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We like the vibe of the place. It doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate environment. It feels like a place where we can actually get stuff done without too many distractions. We don’t have a marketing team or a PR person. What you see is what you get. We are just a few people who are good with technology and decided to start our own thing. We handle the technical side of projects and try to stay out of the way. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just focusing on our work in Flat 301. We’re happy with how things are going and the office suits us just fine for the work we do.
