Cullinan Builders Private Limited is based out of SRM Residency in Banjara Hills. We're specifically at H No-8-2-293/82/L/247/A on Road No-12. Being in New MLA Colony means it’s usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps us focus. We’ve been at this address in Rangareddi for some time. It's a decent spot for a construction office. Most days, we’re just busy with the usual office stuff, checking plans and talking to folks who come by. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a place to work and keep our files organized. Hyderabad is changing so much lately, and Banjara Hills is right in the thick of it. We see a lot of activity around Road No-12. Our team at Cullinan Builders is pretty small, but we stay busy with whatever is on the desk that day. Sometimes it feels like there’s never enough time to finish everything, but we get through it. We like being in this part of Telangana because everything is close by. People sometimes struggle with the house numbering around here because it's so specific, but once they find SRM Residency, they find us easily enough. We’ve got our chairs, our desks, and a lot of paper. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate vibes, just us working on building stuff and managing the company. We often have tea in the afternoon and plan out the next day’s site visits.
