Running this Csc from our home at flat 405 in the Sai Jyothi Apartments, we’ve got a little setup here in Nacharam. It’s right on Street 3 in Kartikeya Nagar. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit more personal than a shop on the main road. Most of our visitors are our neighbors or people living in the nearby buildings in Hyderabad. We handle all kinds of small tasks, from filling out exam forms for students to helping the elderly with their pension details. It’s a small room we use, and it can get a bit tight when more than two people show up at once. We don't have fancy office furniture, just what’s necessary to get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building is under repair, so people have to walk up, which we always feel a bit bad about. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly and easygoing. There’s usually a bit of noise from the street outside, but inside we just focus on the screen. It’s been a good experience getting to know everyone in the colony. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of branches; it’s just this one spot where we do our daily work. It feels more like helping out friends than running a business. We just keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can with the tools we have. It works for everyone involved.
