Cronos Estates Private Limited

Our office is in Ramky Towers over in Gachibowli. Specifically, we're in unit E 1006. Being here in Serlingampally puts us right in the thick of the real estate market. Cronos Estates Private Limited isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a small team of us working the local market. Real estate involves a whole lot of paperwork and driving around to different properties, which can be exhausting. Most days we are just meeting with people who want to buy or sell something. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a polished marketing plan. We just try to be straightforward about what a property is worth and what the issues might be. Gachibowli is growing so fast that it's hard to keep up sometimes. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and others when it's completely silent. We've learned to just take it as it comes. Our workspace is a bit cramped with files and property maps, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the most famous agents in the city. We just want to do our job and go home. If you come by, we might be out at a site or stuck in a meeting, but we eventually get back to everyone. It's just the reality of how we run things here. It's a living and we do our best with what we have.
