Our place is at 16-2-146/30 in New Malakpet, specifically in the Dayanand Nagar area. It’s a solid neighborhood. We have a small setup here with several desks crowded with monitors and keyboards. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of clicking keys and the hum of computer towers. We deal with computing issues for folks nearby and some businesses too. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or swapping out broken parts in a casing. Sometimes we have to crawl under desks to mess with wiring, which is never fun but it has to be done. We have a shelf full of old software discs that we probably don't need anymore but we keep them anyway. The people who work here are local. We know the shops around Dayanand Nagar and where to get the best lunch. We don't have any flashy signs or big marketing budgets. Most people find us because they heard from a neighbor that we could help them out with their PC. It gets busy on Monday mornings when everyone realizes their office computer isn't working right. We just take it one task at a time and try to get things back to normal. It’s simple, practical work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
