We’re over at Plot No. 17 in the Software Unit Layout in Madhapur. Cordys Software India Pvt. Ltd. has been in this part of town for quite a while. Madhapur is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time, but we’ve stayed put here. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect from a software place. There are rows of desks, plenty of monitors, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s not always the tidiest place, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project. We have a small kitchen area where the fridge is usually full of half-eaten lunches. The atmosphere is generally quiet because everyone is focused on their code. We don’t really do big corporate events or anything. Usually, it’s just us working through the bugs and trying to get things to run smoothly. The commute into Madhapur is pretty rough some days, so a lot of us arrive at different times. We’ve got a few meeting rooms with whiteboards that are covered in scribbles that only we understand. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby waterfall or anything like that. We just have our workstations and a place to sit. It’s about the software for us, and this layout in Madhapur suits us just fine. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that is part of the job.
