Copains Software Solutions is situated in Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, at Plot No 62. Kukatpally is a huge area, and Balaji Nagar is a busy part of it. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy office furniture. It’s mostly just functional stuff that helps us get through the day. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a corporate machine. It’s a small team here, and we all wear many hats. One minute we might be coding, and the next we are tidying up the office or talking to a vendor. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the traffic and people going about their business, but that’s just the vibe of Kukatpally. We started this because we liked working on software and wanted to do it on our own terms. It hasn't always been easy, and there have been many times when we had to stay late to finish something. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and try to do a good job. Sometimes we grab food from the local vendors nearby when we don't have time for a real lunch break. It’s a bit messy and unpredictable at times, but it’s our business and we are proud of it. We like being in a place that feels alive and real. It keeps us motivated to keep going.
