Continentel Engineering Corporation (Mnc) is based in Hyderabad, right in the Old Balaji Nagar area of Kukatpally. Our address is H. No: 15-21-159, which is a house that we have converted into our working space. Being in a residential area like Ku Sukabhogi gives the office a very different feel than being in a high-rise. It’s a bit more personal, I guess you could say. We handle engineering work from here, and since we are labeled as an MNC, we sometimes have to deal with odd hours to talk to people in different time zones. The house is usually full of activity, with people moving from room to room with folders and rolls of drawings. We don't really use a lot of fancy corporate language because we are mostly just engineers and support staff trying to get through the daily pile of work. Kukatpally is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it. The kitchen is the most popular spot in the house for quick chats over tea. We just focus on the engineering side of things and don't worry too much about looking polished. It's a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. We are just a group of people working out of a house in Old Balaji Nagar, doing what we can with the projects we have. It’s a bit cramped sometimes but it works out fine for the whole team.
