Construction Technique

You can find our office near the Chowmahalla Palace in the Khilwath area, specifically on Moti Galli. Being so close to the Charminar means the area is always packed with people and it can get very loud with all the market activity. We have been in this part of the old city for a long time and we really like the vibe of it, even if the streets are too narrow for big cars. Our building is quite old and has a lot of character, but it isn't exactly modern. We use the space to plan out our construction work and meet with people who need things built or fixed. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get almost all of our work around here. Most of our neighbors know us and they just drop by if they have a question. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking about the best way to handle a certain job. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We don't have any corporate policies or fancy titles for everyone. We just work together to get the construction done. It can be a bit chaotic at times with the traffic and the noise, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Hyderabad.
