Our place, Consortium Techno Solutions, sits at Plot No 101 in the Ida Phase-I area of Mallapur. This part of Uppal is always busy with trucks and people working in different units. Even though our name sounds a bit formal, we are just a group of people working on technical things in this industrial patch of Rangareddy. The office is tucked away in the district, and it gets pretty loud with all the activity outside. We spend most of our hours looking at drawings and working through technical problems. It isn't always smooth; sometimes things don't work the way they should and we have to start over. There’s a lot of tea drinking while we figure things out. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. We just have our desks, some equipment, and a lot of wires. Most of our days are spent coordinating with people in the other units around Mallapur. The weather in Rangareddy can be a bit unpredictable, but we stay inside and get through the work. People often think companies like ours are very polished, but we’re usually just trying to finish the day’s tasks. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like being part of this industrial zone. It’s a practical place for people who like to solve problems and get their hands into technical work.
