Conscendo Tech Finders (Opc) Private Limited operates out of House Number 11-4-641/A/3, which is in the lane right across from the PTI Building in A.C. Guards. This part of Hyderabad, the 500004 area, has a lot of history and feels quite different from the newer tech hubs on the other side of town. It’s a bit more crowded and the roads are narrower, but it has a lot of character that we enjoy. Being in A.C. Guards means we are fairly central, which is convenient for getting around. Our office is tucked away in that lane, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road with all the horns honking. It’s not a polished corporate space at all. It’s just an older building where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area for naps. We mostly just drink chai from the small shop around the corner. The team is quite small, and we all know each other pretty well. There is no real hierarchy or formal stuff here. We just show up, see what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. It’s a practical way to run a business. Sometimes the building gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have some fans and we make it work. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It feels like a real part of the city.
