CONREX INFRA PROJECTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Sri Nikedan Apartments over in Mehdipatnam. It is flat 505, so we have a pretty good view of the chaotic traffic down in Asifnagar. It is a very busy part of Hyderabad, and you can always hear the horns and the street noise even through the windows. We handle several infrastructure projects from this small apartment space. Since it is an OPC, the whole operation feels quite personal compared to the big firms with hundreds of workers. Usually, it is just a couple of us here surrounded by folders and city maps. The lift in this building is quite old and takes its time, so we often end up using the stairs if we are running late for a meeting. Most of our day is spent at the computer or talking to people out on the sites. There is not much in the way of decoration in the office, just a few calendars and some old photos of projects we have finished. It is a very practical setup meant for working rather than trying to look impressive to visitors. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit tough, but the fans keep the air moving. Mehdipatnam is a central spot which makes it easier to get around the city, even if the traffic is always a bit of a nightmare. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details of the projects we are managing.
