Conquest Solutions is tucked away in Shanti Shikara Apartments in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a residential feel even though we’re doing business here. Living and working in Hyderabad means you get used to the hustle and the great food nearby. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the action happens. We’ve been in this apartment complex for a bit, and the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. It’s a bit different than being in a big glass tower in Hitech City, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly juggling tasks, but that’s just how the industry is. We don't really go for those big corporate slogans. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job without making things too complicated. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do stay busy. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and being in a spot like this keeps us connected to the real parts of the city. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our computers. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what’s going on. We like it that way and hope to keep it simple for as long as we can.
