Connate Information Technologies Private Limited is located over in Kondapur. We’re in Whitefields, specifically Sy-37. Our office is Flat No. 1206 in Aditya Towers. Being up on the twelfth floor gives us a pretty good view of the area. Kondapur is always growing and changing, with new buildings popping up all the time. It’s a very busy part of Hyderabad. Inside our office, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people clicking away on keyboards. We do a lot of information technology work, which basically means we solve a lot of digital puzzles. Some of us have been here since the start and others joined later, but we all get along. We don’t have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep things running smoothly. The elevators in Aditya Towers can be a bit slow during the lunch rush, so we usually just bring our own food or wait until it calms down. It’s a practical space. We’ve got some plants that we sometimes forget to water and a whiteboard covered in scribbles that only we understand. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We like being part of the tech scene here in Whitefields. It feels like we’re right in the middle of everything, even if we are just one flat in a big tower. Most evenings we see the lights of the city coming on before we head home.
