Config Solutions Private Limited is currently working out of Flat No. 807. It’s a high floor, so we get a decent view of the surroundings, which is a nice change from being stuck at ground level. We spend our days configuring systems and making sure software behaves the way it should. The name of the company pretty much tells you what we focus on. We aren't interested in flashy advertising or trying to sound like we are the biggest company in town. We are just a small team that enjoys the technical side of things. Our office is filled with the sound of clicking keyboards and the occasional hum of a server in the corner. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around, but we make it work. We’ve been together for a while now, and we’ve learned each other’s habits pretty well. We know who makes the best tea and who is likely to stay the latest to finish a project. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have long meetings about strategy; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a practical way of doing things that saves a lot of time. We just want to do good work and keep our clients happy without all the usual corporate nonsense that people expect. We just keep our heads down and stay focused.
