Confidentialy

So, Confidentialy is based out of Chikadpally. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know how crowded it gets, especially near the metro and all the coaching centers. Our office is tucked away in one of those buildings that’s seen better days, but it’s home for us. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking over each other. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears suits. Usually, it’s just jeans and some comfortable shoes because we’re on our feet a lot. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We deal with whatever comes across our desks that day. Sometimes it's a lot, sometimes it's quiet enough to actually finish a cup of coffee while it’s still hot. We’ve got a small balcony where some of the guys go to get some air, though you mostly just see the traffic moving slowly below. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when it's dark. Chikadpally has this energy that keeps you going, even when you're tired. It’s a real place for real work. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just here in this neighborhood, making it work every day. It's nothing special, but it’s our job and we do it without making any kind of scene about it.
